How it all started
The Life Coaching Practice began its journey on 1 November 2000, with Paula Heap at the helm.
Paula is a fully qualified and accredited Life and Business Coach with an ambition to help other people transform their lives as she has hers.
She is also an NLPTA trained and qualified NLP Practitioner, which means that she can help her clients achieve their desired outcomes much more quickly.
The practice is based in Rossendale in East Lancashire, a lovely part of the country with its own (rather wet) weather system! However, Paula has coached people from all corners of the UK as much of her work is done over the telephone. This method is both time efficient and cost effective for the client.
From the outset Paula was keen to offer coaching in any and all areas of peoples' lives. However, she can now also offer specialised coaching in Wealth Creation and, for owners of small businesses, Business Development.
Paula offers her clients a professional, confidential and inspiring service that helps them to focus on creating a future they have chosen rather than one that simply happens to them.
